Bigger, better, faster is the order of the day with our new acquisitions enabling us to increase the already high quality we are known for, as well as provide faster and accurate turnarounds for your convenience.
New Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 up and running.
At the beginning of the year, our new 5 colour Press arrived from the Heidelberg factory after a pleasant round the world cruise from Germany. Heidelberg has the reputation as the ‘Rolls Royce’ of printing presses and our brand new ‘state of the art’ Press was eagerly anticipated by all. Barry Davis, General Manager, even embarked on a trip to the factory to see our baby being created.
The new Press has just about every option available that will increase our productivity, efficiency and quality, including the biggest LCD Screen your ever likely to see, to monitor every aspect of operation. With a huge sheet size of 700mm x 1020mm, a super clean canister ink delivery system connected to our prepress system for automated ink set ups, the Heidelberg is a big hit with the Press operators and management team.
Installation is complete, staff training finished and the machine is up to speed, producing outstanding quality in times that would have once been unthinkable!

Oce 3200 Ultra BW Digital Press
Just prior to Christmas, we updated our BW digital press to the new Oce Ultra. The Ultra prints both sides of a SRA3 sheet at the same time by utilizing 2 print engines (very different from other duplexing machines that run the sheet through twice). The paper path is direct through the machine and the speed at which jobs are imaged is simply amazing. Registration back to front is absolutely perfect.
The new Ultra provides us with high quality, consistent and very fast results and enables us to offer our clients lower run quantities than conventional offset printing at economical prices.
Canon VP7000 Colour Digital Press
Early January saw our third acquisition arrive in the shape of the renowned Canon VP7000 production colour digital press, one of the best colour digital presses on the market. Able to print on most papers from 80 gsm bond to 350gsm coated board, the ‘7000 is impressing us with its superb back to front registration and superior colour reproduction. The high speed producion digital press runs at the same speed no matter what paper is used, and overall quality is fantastic.

We would love to offer you a personal tour to see our new machines, so please speak to your sales representative or customer support and arrange a time to come down and see for yourselves what all of our excitement is about!
