PrintMachining Hyde Park Press has a large, modern and comprehensive range of sheet-fed presses that can print up to six colours at once.
Our largest presses can handle a sheet size of 720mm x 1020mm.
Three of our large format presses can be changed from straight inline printing (printing on one side of the sheet only), to perfecting (printing two sides of the sheet in one pass) for fast, efficient book production.
Using the latest CIP4 technology, ink control data is transmitted direct from the Prepress Department to CP2000 computers on our 5- and 6-colour presses. The information is used automatically by the system to adjust the ink ducts on each colour printing unit. This provides a much quicker press set-up, meaning that your job is completed promptly and to the highest standard.
The touch-screen computer control consoles on our presses give the operator access to any control feature of the machine in an instant.
Computer-controlled paper sizing for feeder and delivery, and on-the-run micro adjustment for registration ensures clear, sharp and precise printing. Ink densitometers and continual ink coverage monitoring ensures our high quality of work.
